Responsibilities

Qualifications
Completed degree in mechanical engineering, logistics, management or related field; extensive leadership experience in service operations, operational management, and business leadership within intralogistics, warehousing or machinery manufacturing; proven track record in leading service organizations and improving execution, productivity, and quality; experience managing teams across multiple international locations; strong knowledge of service management, governance, and operational excellence; experience in leading organizational change or post-merger integration preferred; familiarity with Toyota leadership principles is a strong advantage; excellent English communication skills; commercial awareness; proficiency in KPI management and data-driven decision-making; willingness to travel up to 30%.
