Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of capillary electrophoresis analyses for biopharmaceutical molecules, including method development and data interpretation. Support client project acquisition and ensure high-quality scientific services. Maintain up-to-date scientific expertise and drive innovation in CE technologies. Collaborate across teams for seamless project execution and act as project leader overseeing planning, implementation, and reporting of client projects.
Qualifications
University degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field; PhD preferred with focus on separation sciences and CE method development. Minimum 5 years industry experience with PhD or 9 years without, including expertise in biopharmaceutical characterization by CE using various detection methods. Hands-on experience with CE instruments from multiple vendors. Strong project management, multitasking, leadership skills, proactive and team-oriented personality, and excellent English communication skills.
