Responsibilities
Develop and execute the test strategy for new features, user workflows, and system integrations; design and enhance AI-based testing agents throughout the software development process; collaborate with QA teams to foster cross-team cooperation; prioritize and manage testing activities; work closely with software developers and product owners to ensure product quality; extend and maintain automated test suites, continuously improving regression and repetitive test automation; jointly develop monitoring and optimization services for smart heating IoT systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience with a proactive and problem-solving mindset; strong experience in exploratory testing and integration testing; proficient in writing end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar tools; skilled in programming with Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript; experienced with AI coding assistants and AI-first development workflows; fluent in English; bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education. German proficiency and AWS experience are advantageous but not required.
