Responsibilities
Structure, prioritize, and coordinate AI projects and workflow automation initiatives; act as a central interface between Business, Tech, and Security stakeholders; coordinate evaluation, rollout, governance, and adoption of AI tools and integrations; monitor AI capabilities and trends; translate business needs into recommendations and actionable initiatives; coordinate pilots, rollouts, enablement activities, and internal communication; drive AI enablement initiatives including trainings and internal adoption programs; develop and manage AI Champions program; measure adoption, collect feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
4–6+ years experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, operations, consulting, or enablement roles; hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions; strong curiosity and knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs and agents; ability to translate business problems into AI use cases; strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and security; structured, independent, and pragmatic approach; excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language skills are a strong plus but not mandatory.
