Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution; ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget; define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure resource availability; develop detailed project plans and track progress; manage changes in scope, schedule and costs; measure project performance; report to management; manage client and stakeholder relationships; perform risk management; establish vendor relationships; delegate tasks based on staff strengths; track project performance; meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments as necessary; develop comprehensive project documentation; use and develop leadership skills; forecast project revenue to meet business commitments.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of project management experience including 4 years in a professional services environment and 1-2 years of people management; experience with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys products; certification in PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or CBAP required; proven track record managing complex, cross-team solutions; strong project management and technical skills; experience communicating with executive management; excellent written and oral communication skills; accountable and adaptable to change; preferred certifications include Six Sigma, CSM, IIBA, or ITIL; bachelor's degree required, master's preferred in business, project management, MIS, or related field; experience with continuous improvement, data analysis, BI tools, Microsoft SharePoint and SmartSheets a plus.
