Responsibilities
Own the Supply API products end-to-end, enhancing the integration experience for supplier engineering teams. Design consistent and intuitive APIs, documentation, and integration tooling, including SDKs. Translate business and supplier needs into technically sophisticated product requirements. Manage API changes balancing innovation and stability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, commercial teams, support, and UX. Define and track KPIs for product success. Ensure compliance with global privacy and security regulations. Represent product value at meetings and industry events. Work independently in a remote-first environment.
Qualifications
Approximately 10 years in tech industry including hands-on software engineering experience and at least 3 years managing B2B technical products. Deep understanding of API design principles, developer experience, documentation, sandboxes, versioning, and integration tooling. Strong skills in customer engagement and translating business needs into technical products. Proficient in data analysis, KPI definition, and building performance measurement frameworks. Experienced with software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and related tools. Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience in research technology, programmatic marketplaces, API change management, GDPR compliance, and distributed engineering teams.
