Responsibilities
Own and evolve the sponsored products ecosystem, including auction mechanics, bidding logic, and relevance models to improve performance and ad quality. Drive development of retail media data products such as first-party audience segments, attribution models, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Data & AI teams. Shape the advertiser self-service platform enabling seamless campaign creation, optimization, and reporting. Build and scale experimentation frameworks including A/B and incrementality testing to promote continuous learning and revenue growth. Partner cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams to align product development with business needs and maximize commercial impact.
Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or e-commerce monetisation. Deep understanding of auction dynamics, advertiser ROI, and data-driven product design with experience owning data products end-to-end. Technical fluency to engage with data pipelines, model design, and experimentation frameworks alongside engineers and data scientists. Ability to work independently in a structured, data-driven manner while navigating complex stakeholder environments and dependencies across teams.
