Responsibilities
Lead the development and ownership of Application Intelligence products, including App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview. Define and maintain metric methodologies and scoring systems that provide credible, actionable insights. Design analytics suited for time-constrained executives focusing on business outcomes like cost savings and compliance risk. Strategize data integration across behavioral, cost, license, and HR systems. Drive the transformation of raw data into meaningful, actionable business insights. Extend analytics capabilities to measure productivity impacts of AI adoption.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' product management experience in data/analytics products within modern product organizations. Proven experience defining and defending metric methodologies or measurement frameworks. Strong business-first approach focusing on decision-making needs over existing data constraints. Ability to engage credibly with technical and leadership stakeholders, articulating and debating data insights. Experience with enterprise B2B products; healthcare sector experience is a plus. Skilled in customer engagement and translating needs across technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
