Responsibilities

Own and scale the B2B digital sales channel with full revenue accountability. Continuously optimize the digital sales funnel to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction. Define, manage, and execute the B2B eCommerce product roadmap prioritizing features for conversion and automation improvements. Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to increase bookings and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with tech and business teams to set priorities and drive implementations. Report performance and align with senior management stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years managing B2B eCommerce or digital sales channels with direct revenue responsibility, preferably in telecommunications or SaaS. Proven expertise in digital sales optimization and lead funnel operations. Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems including CRM and web analytics tools. Experience with AI-powered tools or data-driven automation is a plus. Excellent stakeholder communication skills and fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
