Responsibilities
Own and manage the product area end-to-end, including strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals. Prototype using AI tools to rapidly test ideas. Lead rigorous product discovery and delivery phases, with clear specifications, ticketing, QA, and rollout. Use data to make prioritized decisions by setting KPIs, forming hypotheses, and conducting analyses. Champion an accessibility-first approach. Develop and implement product processes and structures alongside leadership, including planning, prioritization, and review rituals. Establish product metrics, reporting, tooling improvements, and smooth cross-team handoffs. Own product documentation and standards. Mentor other product managers and uphold discovery and delivery standards.
Qualifications
Senior or lead-level product management experience with a proven track record in owning product areas and driving impact, preferably in B2B SaaS. Daily experience with AI technologies such as large language models and AI tools, with hands-on development of AI-powered features. Strong systems thinking for improving product team processes. Data-literate with ability to set and analyze KPIs independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable in fast-paced scale-up environments. Fluent English required; German skills are advantageous. Experience with digital accessibility and product operations is beneficial.
