Responsibilities
Define the product vision and roadmap for Agentic AI IDEs and command line interfaces, transitioning engineering teams from AI-assisted coding to AI-guided feature generation. Conduct user research across global teams to identify friction points and automation opportunities. Develop metrics to measure AI adoption's impact on product delivery speed and code generation. Collaborate with engineering to integrate internal data sources for agentic workflows. Lead go-to-market strategies, including upskilling programs and documentation, to ensure widespread adoption. Manage stakeholders across a distributed global tech organization, ensuring product meets security, reliability, and scalability standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Product Management, preferably with Developer Tools, internal platforms, or B2B SaaS products. Strong understanding of modern software development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and IDEs. Familiarity with AI concepts, especially large language models and agentic workflows, and their applications in code generation and debugging. Ability to use metrics for prioritization and to drive adoption strategies. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage audiences from junior developers to executives. Experience in collaborative problem-solving across diverse and distributed teams.
