Responsibilities
Identify, extract, and transform data from source systems like SAP and Salesforce to create digital twins of business processes; analyze process variants, detect bottlenecks, and develop business cases for optimization; build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models supporting real-time dashboards; collaborate with functional teams to design process improvements via AI, RPA, or workflow changes; clearly present findings and aid in implementing process changes.
Qualifications
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with technical focus, Mathematics, or similar; proven experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or MEHRWERK; strong proficiency in SQL/PQL and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau; experience with ETL processes and data modeling; knowledge of Python is advantageous; familiarity with process analysis methods such as Lean Six Sigma and ERP systems; excellent analytical and communication skills; fluency in English required, German language skills beneficial.
