Responsibilities

Own and develop the complete search experience including query input, autocomplete, results pages, filters, and zero-results states across all platforms. Collaborate closely with data science and machine learning teams to enhance search relevance and ranking strategies. Drive discovery and navigation features to improve customer journeys, especially in health-related contexts. Define and refine measurement frameworks involving key search metrics such as query reformulation rate and time to first relevant result. Build and prioritize a roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term infrastructure and UX investments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in owning search or discovery products with strong understanding of ranking logic and user experience. Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret complex metrics and perform thorough experimentation beyond basic KPIs. Comfortable working with data science and machine learning teams, familiar with concepts like ranking signals, query understanding, and semantic search.
