Responsibilities
Own and evolve the complete search experience including query input, autocomplete, results pages, filters, and zero-results states across platforms; Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in collaboration with data science and ML teams; Drive discovery and navigation to help customers find solutions in complex health journeys; Define and refine search measurement frameworks with advanced metrics; Build and prioritize a roadmap balancing quick wins and long-term strategic investments in search infrastructure, UX, and experimentation.
Qualifications
Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products with knowledge of ranking logic and user experience; Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing complex metrics and running experiments beyond basic KPIs; Comfortable collaborating with data science and ML teams and understanding ranking signals, query understanding, and semantic search; Passion for creating intuitive user experiences adaptable across devices and use cases.
