Responsibilities

Own and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Bing. Drive lead acquisition in multiple markets including Germany, UK, Italy, France, and Spain. Manage entire campaign lifecycle: setup, budget allocation, bidding, tracking, reporting, and optimization. Build the inhouse SEA function transitioning work from external consultants. Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, and country leads. Focus on key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on SEA and paid acquisition, ideally with experience scaling B2B SaaS or AI tools. Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and Bing advertising platforms. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with confidence in tracking, attribution, and reporting methodologies. Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple countries and languages simultaneously. Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.
