Qualifications
5+ years in operations, business operations, or project management preferably within tech or digital companies. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing AI or automation initiatives with measurable business impact. Ability to operate cross-functionally at the executive level. Comfortable with modern AI and automation technologies including large language models (e.g., Claude, Gemini), workflow tools (e.g., n8n, Make), and scripting (JavaScript, JSON). Strong commercial acumen focused on business outcomes. English fluency required; German language skills not mandatory.
