Responsibilities

Plan and execute global event media strategies across markets and time zones to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact. Grow and optimize relationships with media outlets to establish long-term partnerships. Research media opportunities and present findings to internal and external partners. Identify and pursue new media market opportunities. Manage campaign activations from commercial negotiations through technical integration and optimization. Maintain accurate budget control to ensure positive ROI. Analyze and develop strategic models and reports related to external media work. Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the traditional media industry, including TV, radio, and out-of-home advertising. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications. Proficient in written and verbal English; knowledge of a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is a plus. Strong understanding of integrating alternative marketing and media options with brand goals. Experience in media planning and buying, with an ability to stay ahead of evolving media landscapes.
