Responsibilities
Design and maintain end-to-end marketing tracking setups including GTM (client and server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels. Ensure new campaigns and features are measurable from launch. Manage attribution in a consent-driven environment aligning tracking with legal and technical constraints. Analyze marketing performance beyond dashboards, connecting campaign data to revenue and subscription metrics. Support webshop funnel improvements through data-driven analysis and contribute to CRO initiatives. Build and maintain marketing data models and reporting using SQL and dbt to provide consistent, reliable decision-making insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience in marketing analytics, preferably in DTC or e-commerce with subscription and paid traffic dynamics. Expert hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, marketing pixels implementation and troubleshooting. Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar tools. Solid understanding of attribution frameworks, GDPR-compliant consent tracking, and funnel/CRO analysis. Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams and strong ownership mindset.
