Responsibilities

Build and scale the European service partner and workshop network to support fleet readiness and uptime. Select, onboard, negotiate and manage service partners, creating contracts, SLAs and governance models. Develop and lead uptime-driven service programs, monitor partner performance through KPIs, and promote continuous improvement. Establish operational and technical excellence standards with scalable processes and playbooks. Serve as primary escalation contact for service partner issues and coordinate cross-functional response teams. Drive a data-driven operating model leveraging performance insights and reporting tools to optimize service quality and operational scalability.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in service partner management, fleet service operations, automotive aftersales, vendor management, or related technical operations. Proven track record of building and scaling service partner or workshop networks in automotive, mobility, logistics, or autonomous vehicle environments. Strong skills in contract and commercial management including SLA design, pricing, and supplier negotiations. Hands-on knowledge of workshop operations, diagnostics, spare parts management, quality assurance, and field escalations. Ability to define scalable SOPs, onboarding procedures, and change controls. Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI frameworks and dashboards. Solid understanding of fleet uptime, TCO, operational risk, safety culture, warranty processes, and service quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with openness to travel across Europe. Proficient English skills required; German is a plus.
