Responsibilities
Design, build and operate scalable AI agent platforms capable of reasoning and interacting with internal services. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases and semantic retrieval systems to enable enterprise data access. Implement evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for AI agent behavior and response quality. Build observability and monitoring tools to ensure reliability and cost efficiency of LLM workloads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions across the organization and optimize system performance at scale.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering production-grade LLM-powered AI systems or agents. At least 4 years in production machine learning infrastructure with a focus on large language models. Strong proficiency in Python and building scalable backend services. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Nice to have experience includes Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, MLflow, Kubeflow, and LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex as well as ML frameworks like Hugging Face and PyTorch.
