Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related field. 5-7 years experience in IT project management, preferably in an international setting. Extensive expertise in managing IT projects within financial services, particularly regulatory compliance, reporting and transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of banking platforms such as Avaloq or similar core banking systems. Proficient in multiple project delivery methodologies including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall. Experience engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
