Responsibilities
Identify and drive opportunities for procurement and operational improvement; develop and propose category and project strategies; engage and influence stakeholders; assist in defining client requirements and best market practices; manage supplier and stakeholder relationships throughout projects; negotiate complex global deals; provide commercial input on contracts and lead implementation plans with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in global IT procurement and negotiating with major IT vendors; strong knowledge of indirect procurement, preferably with consultancy exposure; experience in leading global teams; subject matter expertise in Enterprise Software, IT Services, and/or Cloud Hosting; proven change management skills; experience managing spend profiles over $50M annually; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong stakeholder engagement skills.
