Responsibilities
Own IT security and compliance including NIS2, data protection, incident response, backups, and audit readiness. Manage device lifecycle across multiple platforms using Jamf and Intune. Build identity and access management with directory services, SSO, MFA, and role-based access control. Develop IT support model ensuring reliable networks and infrastructure. Govern SaaS portfolio, vendor contracts, and business continuity planning. Co-develop scalable IT strategy supporting international expansion and workforce growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in building or significantly improving IT operations in fast-growing companies. Expertise in security, compliance, and endpoint management with hands-on experience in Jamf and Intune. Strong strategic thinking with ability to plan scalable systems and processes. Vendor and contract management experience. Clear communication skills adaptable to leadership and cross-functional partners. Self-driven with high ownership and process-building skills.
