Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions for complex IT infrastructure challenges. - Manage and maintain enterprise systems, networks, and communications environments. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and network issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures. - Monitor system and network performance and implement corrective actions. - Design and implement IT and communication solutions for intelligence missions. - Configure, maintain, and upgrade network devices and system components. - Administer user accounts and permissions. - Research emerging technologies and propose improvements. - Support classified and cryptologic communication systems. - Provide lifecycle maintenance for hardware and software. - Guide and mentor junior technical staff. - Maintain a customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of related IT infrastructure experience, including at least three years specialized. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields; or equivalent experience. - Required certifications: DoDD 8570 IAM Level II, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or equivalent; CCNA is a plus. - Must hold and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. - US citizenship required. - Must meet German TESA minimum requirements.
