Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable and responsive systems managing customer environments across global data centers. Orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes, own deployment and scheduling systems for SaaS components, and extend automation bridging SaaS Tooling and internal platforms. Identify and automate manual operational tasks to enhance reliability and observability. Collaborate with Hosting, SRE, DevEx, Observability, and product teams to support feature delivery and operational needs. Participate in L2/L3 support shifts including on-call rotations to handle operational and security issues. Develop and maintain Virtual Appliance build systems and integrate AI-native methods into tooling development and operation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in AI-native software delivery methods. Strong Python backend development skills related to infrastructure management. Proficiency with SQL on relational databases. Solid Linux system administration and Bash scripting skills. Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Temporal, Airflow, or similar. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform) and configuration management systems (Puppet, Ansible). Experience with multi-cloud environments, though not limited to a single vendor. Comfortable working with evolving live systems and greenfield projects. Strong written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration. Nice to have: experience with virtual appliance packaging, EU data residency compliance, and secrets management with least-privilege access design.
