Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with revenue and profit goals. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns to drive measurable contributions to quarterly OKRs and revenue targets, focusing on efficient revenue growth such as ROAS. Evaluate campaign outcomes for immediate and long-term impact. Explore and implement new influencer marketing tactics including short-form content, affiliate programs, and user-generated content. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment with goals.
Qualifications
1-4 years professional experience in influencer, creator, or performance marketing with an e-commerce focus. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret incomplete data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. High standards for speed, quality, and ownership. Fluent English (C1 level).
