Responsibilities
Own and evolve a customized HubSpot environment including CRM architecture, configuration and maintenance of Custom Objects, Associations, Pipelines, Properties, and workflows; develop and maintain complex workflow automations including Custom Code Actions; build and extend custom React-based UI Extensions deployed via HubSpot Serverless Functions; develop and maintain an external HubSpot CMS-based Partner Portal; support and enhance API integrations with ERP, LMS, support tools, AI services via Operations Hub; maintain technical documentation for all configurations, code, and integrations.
Qualifications
Several years of professional experience working with HubSpot CRM including Custom Objects, Associations, and Workflows; proficiency in HubSpot CMS development (HubL, JavaScript, CSS, Custom Modules, HubDB); strong React.js skills for UI Extensions; experience with HubSpot Serverless Functions and APIs; strong general JavaScript skills; experience with API integrations and Operations Hub; proficiency with Git workflows; understanding of CPQ processes and approval logic; fluent English. German skills and HubSpot certifications are advantageous but not required.
