Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain features end-to-end across the storefront and mobile API, including frontend components, backend data integration, and AI-powered features. Build and extend integrations with e-commerce, CMS, search, analytics, and experimentation platforms. Own caching, rendering, and performance strategies. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business goals into technical specs. Champion code quality through testing, reviews, and maintainability practices. Direct and review AI coding agents as part of development workflows.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend and backend development practices. Strong software architecture and engineering principles with a focus on performance optimization including server-side rendering and GraphQL. Excellent skills in specification, architecture design, and writing comprehensive tests to ensure production readiness. Proven ability to oversee AI-assisted code development responsibly. Product-driven mindset with good communication skills. Fluent English required; German not required.
