Responsibilities
Lead software architecture decisions and complex problem-solving. Mentor and support development team members. Create and maintain complex software systems using C# and .NET technologies. Develop cloud-based web applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and AWS. Engage in agile Scrumban processes including design, planning, estimation, and code reviews. Incorporate AI tools into development workflows. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and support teams to deliver quality software solutions.
Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core frameworks. Strong experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development. Knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker). Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex. Proven leadership skills in technical mentoring and strategic technology evaluation. Good communication skills in English.
