Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end features using TypeScript and Python. Implement integrations with platform and data services, ensuring clean interfaces and reliable data flows. Collaborate across teams to reuse components and align on APIs and architecture. Make key architectural decisions balancing delivery speed and maintainability. Iterate on feedback to improve features. Mentor teammates, review code, and contribute to the squad's technical direction. Uphold engineering best practices including testing, documentation, and observability. Work across the stack delivering a cohesive user experience.
Qualifications
Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and Python with experience building and shipping full stack applications including backend services and modern frontends. Proven ability to own and deliver features end-to-end reliably. Experience designing and implementing system integrations (APIs, data pipelines). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and deploying scalable services. Solid understanding of software architecture and pragmatic system design. Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring or leading engineers.
