Responsibilities
Design detailed consulting project scenarios reflecting real-world engagement dynamics including industry context, financial constraints, and incomplete information. Create structured tasks such as market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking for AI agents. Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden-answer solutions to support large language model-based grading systems that assess AI outputs at scale. Work independently and remotely as an individual contributor focused on analytical design and evaluation.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&). Demonstrated strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills. Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear and logical analytical steps and client deliverables. High attention to detail and quality. Self-directed working style with excellent written English communication skills (B2+). No specialized technical background required; onboarding provided.
