Responsibilities
Lead the full profit and loss planning cycle encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Provide timely and consistent financial insights to spark business discussions. Act as a financial advisor and coach to the sales team. Analyze sales trends, margins, and expenses to deliver actionable insights. Prepare financial analyses for strategic decision-making. Drive improvements and automation in financial planning processes and reporting tools. Take charge of cost control, CAPEX management, and optimize working capital to enhance profitability and cash flow.
Qualifications
Degree in business administration, economics, or related fields with a focus on controlling or accounting. Relevant finance experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced industries. Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Solid understanding of HGB accounting standards; experience with Oracle is an advantage. Comfortable handling large datasets and working within tech-driven finance environments. Good command of the English language.
