Responsibilities
Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using the company's AI platform. Integrate AI agents with external systems like APIs, databases, and CRMs to ensure seamless workflows. Optimize performance through fine-tuning and troubleshooting in enterprise environments. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Conduct demos, present proof-of-concepts, gather feedback, and iteratively improve solutions. Coordinate project milestones and execution plans with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally to define goals and enhance product capabilities. Serve as a technical advisor for AI agent adoption, focusing on best practices, architecture, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Over 3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, system integration, or forward deployed engineering. Proficient in Python and Golang with ability to write clean code. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially large language models and prompt engineering. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization. Demonstrated ability integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines. Excellent communication, project management skills, and a data-driven, analytical approach.
