Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile and desktop applications for driver, passenger, and operator use cases; integrate real-time telemetry, video streaming, and driving assistance features; work with hybrid client architectures combining Flutter UI and native or Rust-backed background components; collaborate with backend and product teams to define data contracts and product requirements; improve software performance, reliability, CI/CD workflows, and development automation; mentor junior developers and promote high engineering standards; utilize AI tools to enhance software development processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of mobile or client-side development experience with at least 3 years in Flutter and Dart; strong knowledge of mobile operating systems and cross-platform development; proficiency with Firebase services, native Swift and Kotlin development; expertise in reactive programming and hybrid UI-native system architectures; familiarity with Clean Architecture and software design principles; excellent English communication skills; practical experience using AI tools for software engineering; degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated experience; preferred experience with Flutter desktop, FFI, Rust integration, gRPC, real-time telemetry, and CI/CD improvements.
