Responsibilities
Develop advanced analytical models and frameworks that explain business performance beyond traditional analysis; design, build, and deploy automated agent-driven analytical workflows and decision-support products; create intuitive interfaces for finance stakeholders to access insights; continuously improve analytical products through feedback; support finance transformation towards AI and automation; collaborate across finance, business intelligence, data, and technology teams to ensure scalable and interoperable solutions; partner with senior leadership on portfolio management and long-term value creation decisions; establish best practices and standards for AI and automation within finance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar; minimum 3 years professional experience in finance, data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, or related fields; strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills; proficiency in SQL and Python including data manipulation libraries like pandas; advanced Excel skills; high technical curiosity with strong interest in automation, AI, and modern data architectures; ability to break down complex problems into pragmatic solutions; excellent communication skills adaptable to varied audiences; proactive, collaborative, hands-on work style with strong ownership mindset.
