Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and improve Microsoft Intune and Kandji endpoint management platforms across multiple device types. Manage full device lifecycle including enrollment, configuration, app deployment, patching, and retirement. Define and enforce compliance policies. Integrate with wider Microsoft and security services. Identify and implement automation and AI to improve efficiency and user experience. Implement robust security measures compliant with fintech regulations. Provide senior escalation support and collaborate across IT teams. Document standards and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience administering enterprise MDM/endpoint management platforms. Expertise in Microsoft Intune and macOS management with Kandji or comparable tools. Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Windows Autopilot. Proficient with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and compliance policies. Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Microsoft Graph API). Familiarity with endpoint security and regulatory compliance. Preferred: relevant certifications, experience with Microsoft Defender, Cisco Meraki, Zscaler, AI tooling in IT operations, and background in regulated industries such as fintech.
