Responsibilities
Own and maintain Microsoft Intune and Kandji endpoint management platforms; manage full device lifecycle including enrollment, configuration, app deployment, patching, and retirement; enforce compliance and configuration policies; maintain integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, Cisco Meraki, and Zscaler. Identify and implement automation and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and user experience. Implement and maintain Zero Trust security controls and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, and GDPR. Deliver fast, reliable onboarding and proactive device health monitoring. Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint issues. Collaborate with IT support, operations, security, and infrastructure teams; document processes and track endpoint KPIs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on enterprise experience managing MDM platforms; expertise in Microsoft Intune and Kandji (or comparable Apple MDM); strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, ADE, Windows Autopilot; familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Conditional Access; scripting/automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, Microsoft Graph API; understanding of endpoint security and compliance in regulated environments. Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) and Apple/Kandji certifications. Experience with Microsoft Defender, Cisco Meraki, Zscaler, AI tooling, and fintech or regulated industries is a plus. Excellent communication, proactive mindset, team collaboration skills, and security focus required.
