Responsibilities
Become familiar with project details, design, and specifications; collate and manage technical submittals; coordinate progress reporting with management; handle Request for Information (RFI) processes; monitor orders of long lead items; ensure site execution follows latest drawings; redline drawings with as-built information; monitor subcontractor compliance; attend site meetings; assist Quantity Surveyors with variations and procurement; manage external correspondence; ensure compliance with building, health, safety regulations; compile Operation and Maintenance manuals; maintain document management system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline; comprehensive understanding of tendering processes; proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD beneficial; willingness to learn and adapt to various project elements.
