Responsibilities

Design the complete electrical architecture of rugged autonomous systems including power distribution and control electronics; integrate advanced payloads like manipulators and sensors; develop robust wiring harnesses and schematics using modern E-CAD tools; engineer systems to withstand shock, vibration, dust, and water; create and test rapid prototypes in lab and field environments; contribute directly to mission-critical capabilities supporting security and defense personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar discipline; 5+ years of experience in robotics or complex system electrical design; expertise in power electronics, sensor and actuator integration, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet); proven capability to design for harsh environments with considerations to EMI/EMC and thermal management; proficiency in detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams with preference for EPLAN experience; strong problem-solving skills from component to system level; fluent in English, German language skills are a plus; collaborative and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
