Responsibilities
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle operations of edge servers running robotic kitchens to enable scalable production deployments. Own and enhance deployment pipelines to deliver customer-facing software updates quickly and reliably. Manage release operations including end-to-end deployments, monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and performing safe rollbacks. Support software teams by maintaining strong CI/CD foundations and staging environments that mirror production. Collaborate across software, robotics, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years hands-on DevOps experience with solid Linux system administration skills including troubleshooting, networking, and hardening. Proficient with infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Helm, containerization using Docker, and practical knowledge of Kubernetes. Experience managing hybrid infrastructure including self-managed on-premise servers. Familiarity with various databases and object-oriented programming (e.g., Python, C++) to create automation tools. Ability to prepare bare-metal Linux systems for production, including hardware troubleshooting and network configuration. Strong problem-solving skills and fluency in English; German language skills not required.
