Responsibilities

Develop machine learning models using health and training data to enhance personalized fitness solutions; analyze complex datasets and validate hypotheses; design, maintain, and evaluate LLM-based components and agents; work with local and open-source AI models; collaborate with software engineering and product teams to integrate and deploy solutions; monitor advancements in AI to keep offerings state-of-the-art; optimize processes for model training, deployment, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in machine-learning-based solutions, preferably in personalization or recommender systems; proficiency in production-grade Python coding and handling structured and unstructured data with SQL and NoSQL databases; strong foundational machine learning knowledge with hands-on experience building and evaluating LLM-powered features; familiar with prompt design, multi-step flows, evaluation pipelines, and adaptation of local/open-source models; comfortable bridging classical ML and LLM approaches; excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects from concept through production launch.
