Responsibilities
Collaborate within the Data Science team to optimize AI-driven products; work on advanced AI fields such as large language models; identify and solve complex problems pragmatically; deliver projects with measurable business value; experiment with new technologies and skills; communicate technical concepts across stakeholders including data scientists, developers, and business owners.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in startups or fintech; degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; extensive hands-on experience with deploying large language models including hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation; proficiency in Python and related data processing and machine learning frameworks; knowledge of web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI; experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; familiarity with server management, GPU orchestration, and computational optimization; experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS; understanding of agile practices including TDD/BDD; excellent English communication skills; knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.
