Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines ensuring reliability and high performance; design and deploy scalable data models; administer and optimize core data storage and orchestration tools including AWS, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and dbt; ensure seamless data accessibility across teams; transform raw data into presentation-ready formats for reports and dashboards; implement and enforce data security measures aligned with GDPR and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with modern data stacks using AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt; expertise in AWS IAM, RBAC, and cloud security best practices; strong SQL and Python skills for data modeling and pipeline orchestration; deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT paradigms, and relational/dimensional modeling; knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards; experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git); excellent analytical and communication skills; bonus for experience with immutable data stores or complex international/multi-source data ingestion projects.
