Responsibilities
Monitor performance across commercial, product, and financial areas including campaign metrics, revenue, and profitability. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Finance leaders to prioritize initiatives, model impacts, optimize campaigns, and support budgeting and business decisions. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and decision-ready insights. Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports supporting dynamic scenario analysis. Oversee profitability monitoring and financial controlling, identifying risks and opportunities to guide leadership strategies. Ensure data architecture supports scalable analytics and maintain data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in business or product analytics with exposure to multiple domains such as finance, marketing, or commercial operations. Experience in mobile gaming or B2B advertising is advantageous. Strong understanding of performance KPIs related to profitability and growth, alongside knowledge of mobile measurement and attribution models. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and modeling, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker for dashboard creation. Excellent communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to lead in an ambiguous, fast-paced international environment.
