Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and interpret data patterns to drive strategic decisions; collaborate with Sales, Finance, and data teams to develop a data-driven culture; design, build, and maintain data models using dbt; automate reporting processes with cloud-based solutions; develop scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks with Tableau or similar tools; communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders; support business teams in data-driven decision making; evaluate and integrate AI-powered analytics and LLM tools; contribute to analytics governance and development standards.
Qualifications
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; several years of experience as a Data Analyst especially in Sales, Finance or Commercial Analytics; strong SQL skills, experience with large-scale analytical databases and dimensional data models; hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and analytics development; experience with modern cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks); proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools; good understanding of data modeling and analytics engineering best practices; experience with Git; Python or R skills are a plus; interest and openness to AI-powered analytics and emerging technologies; excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
