Responsibilities
Support and improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to enable strategic decision-making. Develop and monitor management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insights. Lead dual financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS, HGB), ensuring compliance and integration across frameworks. Provide expertise on IFRS and US GAAP, advise on reporting and consolidation. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders for financial analyses and business cases. Continuously enhance finance processes, internal controls, and reporting standards within an international organization.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field. At least 6 years of controlling experience, ideally within international MedTech, Life Sciences, or high-growth tech companies. Expertise in HGB and IFRS or US GAAP, including dual reporting and consolidation. Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, particularly in R&D and clinical development costs. Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and KPI development. Experience in finance transformation and automation projects. Excellent analytical, communication skills in English; German is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Ulm or travel monthly.
