Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on project experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&. Demonstrated ability in structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and delivering client-ready analyses. Strong attention to logical consistency and ability to work independently. Proficient written English at B2 level or higher. No deep technical background required as onboarding on tools will be provided.
