Responsibilities

Create evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and benchmark answers to calibrate AI grading systems. Work independently in a remote, project-based setting focusing on analytical design and evaluation.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of direct consulting experience at one of the following firms: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&. Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical plans, strong hypothesis-driven thinking, attention to logical consistency, high-quality deliverable production under time constraints, and excellent written English (B2+). No advanced technical skills or German language required.
