Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the robotic programming platform onsite. Implement, improve, and test computer vision algorithms such as calibration, marker pose estimation, visual servoing, and feature detection & registration. Visualize results and design clear interfaces for non-technical customers. Integrate third-party RGB, depth camera, and LiDAR drivers. Support projects and customers with flexible travel. Lead developments in computer vision while contributing across other technical areas including behavior, motion planning, SDKs, APIs, and CICD.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years full-time computer vision development experience and at least 5 years in industrial software development. Proven experience on large C++ projects. Strong English communication skills. Familiarity with version control, collaborative tools, and agile methodologies. Located in Munich or willing to relocate. Beneficial skills include experience in industry automation and robotics, training-based vision problem solving, AI assistance skills, and experience with hardware components like grippers and AMRs.
