Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end platform migration projects including design, production cutover, and legacy system decommissioning. Deliver DevOps support for high-stakes revenue and compliance launches under tight deadlines. Advance GitOps, ingress, and infrastructure-as-code modernization to reduce manual effort and configuration drift. Enhance observability tooling and incident response workflows, including conducting blameless postmortems. Set technical direction amid ambiguity and actively mentor teammates. Collaborate across teams as a DevOps liaison and participate in on-call support rotations.
Qualifications
Proven senior-level expertise with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform/Terragrunt with Atlantis, ArgoCD, Envoy Gateway, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, Okta, and Vault. Ability to independently drive complex ambiguous initiatives to completion. Experience owning production stability and incident management end to end. Strong knowledge-sharing skills with proactive documentation and mentoring. Skilled in negotiating priorities and making decisions under uncertainty. Eagerness to adopt AI-assisted development workflows and foster team adoption.
